4 x 4 Snowmen cards

Quick post to get this logged onto the blog. I like to be able to look back at what I have created and every year, I seem to skip Christmas postings as I am too busy crafting. So there won't be much of a write up, just the pics for me to look back on. Sorry about the poor photos. It was dark out and the lighting wouldn't work for me today. I also couldn't get pics of all 4 cards, which is what the group one can show.

Supplies:

Cardstock: Gina K
Designer Paper: My Mind's Eye, Echo Park
Stamps: CTMH (snowmen) , Paper Smooches (greetings)
Markers: copic
Gems: CTMH

Thanks for stopping in,

Country Happy Birthday

Today's card was "cased" from Theresa Momber's awesome Autumn Windmill Tutorial. I substituted a few different products, but followed her tutorial fairly closely. I just love all the work she does with her inked backgrounds that I needed to give it a try. I had trouble creating the clouds, but overall am pleased with the result. Definitely need more sponge daubers.

Congratulations!

Today I am sharing a wedding card. I was going for simple and elegant and being such a big fan of color, was a little scared to have just a plain white card. It didn't photograph as well as I would have liked, so hopefully you can get the idea of what I was going for. Looks much better in person.

Stamps: Paper Smooches
Dies: MFT Dienamics, Memory Box
Punches: Variety flower punches
Paper: GKD heavy weight white

Giving Thanks

Hello everyone! It's been awhile since I've had time to sit down and post any cards, so I thought I'd share a couple of Thanksgiving cards I gave away.

The first card was created using a retired leaf set from CTMH and the greeting stamp is from Paper Smooches. Kraft cardstock is Gina K. The second card is all CTMH using the new Avonlea paper and a coodinating stamp set. Thanks sentiment is from another CTMH stamp set.

I'd like to enter these cards in the following challenge:

Make It Monday - anything goes

Thanks for stopping in and have a fabulous week.

Happy Birthday Twinkers!

My sweet little twins are not so little anymore and have turned 10. Jenna's card was made way back in the spring and is a re-post. Jared's was made using my cricut machine. He loves dinosaurs and I thought the create a critter cartridge was perfect for his card.
